1. Who We Are

ChatSRS is operated by Chengdu Ziran Zhiqun Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "ChatSRS"). For privacy requests, contact support@chatsrs.com.

2. Information We Process

We process account and contact details, uploaded files, prompts, conversation content, analysis inputs and results, payment and order records, and technical information needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

We use this information to provide requested statistical-analysis features, maintain accounts, process payments, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations.

3. Storage, Security, and Retention

User data and backups are stored on servers located in mainland China. Business-database backups are daily consistent snapshots retained for 7 days.

We use HTTPS in transit and access controls designed to limit access to authorized personnel. Security logs are retained for 180 days. Payment and order records are retained for at least 5 years, or longer where required by applicable law.

4. Deletion Requests

You may request account deletion by emailing support@chatsrs.com from your registered email address. After we verify your identity, we will handle the request within 30 days.

Deleting an account or a session does not require us to erase records that we must keep for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Backup copies are removed through the stated 7-day backup rotation.

5. AI Processing and Model Training

We use Alibaba Cloud in mainland China for AI processing. We do not use your uploaded data, prompts, or analysis results to train large language models.

We require the same no-training restriction in applicable provider settings or contracts for AI processing used to provide ChatSRS.

6. Service Providers and International Processing

We use service providers by category, including Alibaba Cloud for AI processing in mainland China; WeChat Pay and Alipay for payments in mainland China; PayPal for international payment processing; Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for website analytics; and Baidu Analytics for attributed Baidu advertising traffic.

Our user data and backups remain stored in mainland China. Some payment and website-analytics processing may occur across borders through PayPal or GA4. Where this occurs, we apply safeguards required by applicable law.

7. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website use and improve our service. For visitors attributed to a Baidu paid-search click, we may also use Baidu Analytics to measure that advertising journey. These services may process technical usage information, such as pages viewed, advertising source, and browser or device information. We do not send uploaded datasets, conversation content, names, email addresses, or phone numbers to these analytics services. The English version of this service is currently targeted to the United States and does not use a cookie-consent mechanism. We will reassess this approach before targeting jurisdictions with additional consent requirements.

8. Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. We will publish the updated version on this page with a revised effective date.
