1. Agreement and Operator

These Terms of Service govern your use of ChatSRS. ChatSRS is operated by Chengdu Ziran Zhiqun Technology Co., Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Permitted Use

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass usage limits, upload unlawful or infringing material, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to harm others.

3. Your Data and Rights

You retain responsibility for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to upload and process data through ChatSRS. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that data solely to provide and support the service.

4. Academic Integrity and Result Boundaries

ChatSRS is an analysis-assistance tool. It can help users explore methods, outputs, and interpretation, but it does not provide ghostwriting services or answers to homework assignments.

We do not guarantee a research outcome, publication result, grade, or the suitability of an analysis for a particular purpose. You are responsible for your research design, data quality, method selection, interpretation, conclusions, citations, and final work. Seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

5. Intellectual Property

ChatSRS and its service content, software, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights in the service.

6. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or service development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to a people's court with jurisdiction at the domicile of Chengdu Ziran Zhiqun Technology Co., Ltd.
